Project Overview: Classroom in a Box
- The Mission: PEF partners with the Clark County School District to provide essential supplies to schools of greatest need, reducing the financial burden on teachers who often pay for supplies out of pocket.
- The Impact: A $215 donation funds one box, which contains enough supplies (pencils, paper, markers, rulers, binders, etc.) for 30 students and their teacher for an entire semester.
- The Goal: To fund as many “Classroom in a Box” sets as possible.
Sponsorship & Presence at WACUBO
- On-Site Experience: PEF will have a dedicated table in the Business Partner Showcase throughout the conference, staffed by their Chief Development Officer, Latoya Holman.
- Branding Opportunity: PEF features an immersive walk-through “Classroom in a Box” display. There is a specific opportunity for a sponsor to brand this experience; they simply need a logo to align it with the conference and the sponsor’s identity.
- Highlight Event: The project will be featured prominently during the Appreciation Lunch on Monday, May 4 (12:00–1:30 PM), where PEF representatives will speak on stage to highlight the impact of these donations. Your representative will have the opportunity to introduce the representative.
